I'grand really happy with some pieces of the transaction; e.chiliad. it was easy to search, shop, and checkout on the website. Also, the cost was the lowest in the internet. I'chiliad unhappy that the website advertised this coffee table as "in-stock". When I placed my club is when Coleman places the order with the wholesaler and it took a few weeks to arrive.

Awful experience

Ordering my $1500 sofa has caused me and then much stress! Getting through to a representative to buy my sofa was easy and fast, wait time around ii minutes. However tracking downwardly someone to detect out what is going on with the delivery has been incommunicable! I have been told I did not guild my sofa through Coleman even though I did, I have been given 5 different telephone numbers now to chase my order, I have waited a full of 30 minutes on hold yesterday, 45 minutes the day before.. the list goes on. Currently on hold writing this. I am literally seconds away from contacting my bank and reporting this company every bit fraud! Oh and gauge what, the representative but answered the phone and it was the wrong phone number. He said he is NH products and deals with kitchen cabinets! I hope my bank is able to go my money back, Practise NOT Order THROUGH THIS Company.
